Product Overview
The embedded fin tube design features fins inserted and welded into helical grooves cut into the tubes. G-type fins are engineered for high-temperature applications up to 400°C and offer exceptional durability, making them ideal for machinery coolers requiring regular maintenance and thermal cycling resistance.
Manufacturing Process
Fin strips are precision-rolled into uniform tapers and helically wound into plowed grooves within the tube wall. Simultaneous backfilling with rotating discs securely locks the fins to the tube, creating a superior bond with high pull-out resistance exceeding 70N.
Technical Properties
Designed for maximum operating temperatures up to 450°C, these embedded fin tubes feature excellent heat-resistant capabilities and are widely applied in petrochemical refining air condensers and high-temperature industrial processes.
