DELLOK 12FPI Fin Pitch Fluted Carbon Steel Finned Tube features embedded fins in the outer wall of carbon steel tubes, designed for high-temperature applications up to 450°C in industrial settings.
Manufacturing Process
Our G finned tubes are manufactured using specialized non-cutting plates set at 90° to the tube axis. The first plate creates grooves for metal spinning while the second directs the fin ribbon into the groove and sets the fin foot through pressure application. Tungsten carbide plates enable production with austenitic steel and exotic alloy base tubes.
