Our extruded fin tubes feature a double-wall construction that provides exceptional durability and heat efficiency. The extrusion process creates a solid mechanical bond between fins and tube, preventing corrosion and maintaining optimal thermal performance.
Manufacturing Process
Fins are cold-rolled from a thick-walled hollow blank tube that slides over the core tube. Three multi-spindle disc packs extrude the hollow blank tube into helical high fins while creating a mechanically solid joint with the core tube.
