Extruded Bimetallic Fin Tube Technology
This advanced fin type is formed from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of various materials. The fin is created by rolling material from the exterior tube to produce an integral fin with superior heat transfer properties and extended service life.

Manufacturing Process
A polished and deoiled base tube is set in an aluminum sleeve. The assembly passes through a fin machine with three spindles set at 120° angles, each bearing a stack of plates that build the fin and bond the outer and inner tubes together.
