Product Overview
Copper-aluminum composite finned tubes are manufactured through a cold rolling process that creates helical high fins with exceptional thermal properties. The mechanical bond between fin and tube ensures maximum heat transfer efficiency and long service life.

Manufacturing Process
Our extrusion process uses three multi-spindle disc packs to mechanically form fins from an aluminum outer tube. This cold plastic deformation creates a solid mechanical joint between the fin material and core tube, ensuring optimal heat transfer performance.
