The Industrial Aluminum Brazing Furnace is a continuous controlled-atmosphere brazing system designed for the production of aluminum radiators, oil coolers, evaporators, air coolers, and other aluminum heat exchangers.
The system integrates Spray, Drying, Brazing, Cooling, and Control sections into one continuous production process. Operating in a nitrogen atmosphere, it helps reduce oxidation during brazing while providing stable temperature control, consistent heating, and reliable brazed joints.
Advanced furnace insulation and heating technology help maintain stable thermal conditions. The system provides temperature control accuracy of approximately ±0.2°C, with brazing-zone temperature variation controlled within ±3°C.
The VFD-controlled mesh belt supports continuous speed adjustment from 200–1500 mm/min, allowing operators to optimize the heating curve for different aluminum components and production requirements.
Proprietary technology is designed to reduce nitrogen consumption and total power usage by approximately 40–50% compared with conventional systems, helping manufacturers reduce operating costs during continuous production.
