JAB series pneumatic return collet chuck
1. Description

1.This chuck can be used with either internal or external clamping configuration.
2.Heat-treated steel unibody structure, bearing no load, high speed, long life, low temperaturerise.
3.Bi-directional power, forced opening of the collet, never jamming. When the air source isinterrupted, the collet is in self-locking state.
4. Direct flange connection to the spindle, easy and quick installation, through the three-pointcombination valve can be connected to the machine system control.
5. Quick change of collet to facilitate product replacement, push forward collet without displace-ment, normal control of the length of the workpiece.
6. Body accuracy within 0.005mm, clamping accuracy within 0.015mm (the higher the accuracy ofthe general-purpose collet,the higher the accuracy).
The products can be widely used in pipe cutting systems such as special laser pipe cutting machines.
