1. Description
Our laser chuck is mainly designed for laser tube cutting machine. Laser pneumatic rotary chuck is used for clamping and feeding tubes when cutting tube. It can clamp not only round tubes, but also rectangular tube, L-shap tube, H-shape tube and so on. The chuck works along the full stroke, there is no need to adjust the four-jaw position, so the production efficiency can be greatly improved. This one has a chuck in the middle that can hold the workpiece firmly and rotate at the same time. After the product base is fixed, only the matching motor is added and connected with the gear, and then the compressed air source(0.1-0.9Mpa) is connected to achieve clamping work-piece and driving the work-piece to rotate.
This pneumatic rotary chuck can be widely used in special-purpose laser pipe cutting machine and other pipe processing machine tool systems.
