1. Descripition
Our laser chuck is pneumatic type and is mainly used in laser pipe cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and welding machine. Our chuck can clamp different shapes of pipes, like round pipe, square pipe, rectangular pipe, L-shape pipe and H-shape pipe. Compared with traditional lathe chuck, laser chuck improves the cutting accuracy, rotation accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. The application of laser chuck makes laser cutting more efficient and quickly.
Our laser chuck is controlled by switching single and double cylinders, which produces different clamping forces, which has more advantages of clamping thin-walled tubes and heavy-duty pipes. Because of the long length of the parts processed by the cutter, the main chuck used as the head position of laser cutting and feed chuck matched with it are usually installed in pairs on the machine.
