Small Size Laser Pneumatic Chuck With Roller Jaws For Laser Pipe Cutting
1. Descripition
Our laser chuck is pneumatic type and is mainly used in laser pipe cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and welding machine. Our chuck can clamp different shapes of pipes, like round pipe, square pipe, rectangular pipe, L-shape pipe and H-shape pipe. This model (G360J-110) can meet the needs of small size and thin walled pipes. The jaws open and clsoe is controlled by air source and roration of chuck is through gear transmission and controlled by motor.
Compared with traditional lathe chuck, laser chuck improves the cutting accuracy, rotation accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. The application of laser chuck makes laser cutting more efficient and quickly and it also increases the productivity.
Except our standard chuck, we also provide customzied chuck according to customers' need.
