110mm Automatic Laser Rotary Chuck Double Acting For CNC Fiber Tube Cutter
Our laser chucks are pneumatic and are mainly used in laser pipe cutters, plasma cutters and welding machines. Our collets can hold different shapes of tubes, such as round, square, rectangular, L-shaped and H-shaped tubes. This model (G360J-110) can meet the needs of small size and thin wall pipes. The opening and closing of the jaws is controlled by the air source, and the rotation of the chuck is controlled by gear transmission and motor.
Compared with traditional lathe chucks, laser chucks improve cutting accuracy, rotation accuracy and repeatability. The application of laser chuck makes laser cutting more efficient and faster, and also improves production efficiency.
In addition to our standard collets, we also offer custom collets according to customer needs.
