1. Description
This chuck is a four-jaw full-stroke main chuck specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. This one has a rotating independent spindle in the middle that holds the workpiece securely and rotates at the same time. After the product base is fixed, it is only necessary to add a matching motor and connect it with the gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.3-0.9Mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. The chuck is a full-stroke operation, and there is no need to adjust the position of the four jaws. It can clamp round pipes, square pipes and rectangular pipes to improve production efficiency. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotational accuracy and repeatability, as well as higher clamping force with the maximum clamping force is 1.5 KN.
The products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutters and other pipe processing machine systems.
