1. Description
Our company is a professional manufacturer of producing chucks for CNC lathe and laser cutting machine. Various kinds of chucks are provided, like self-centering chuck, power chuck, pneumatic chuck and so on.
This chuck is a four-jaw full stroke main chuck specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. The chuck itself can work as an independent rotating spindle with a chuck that can firmly clamp the workpiece and rotate at the same time. After fixing the base of the product, just add the supporting motor and gear connection, and then connect the compressed air source to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Chuck adopts fully closed structure, equipped with cross roller bearings, longer service life. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as higher clamping force.
The products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutting machine and other pipe processing systems.
