1. Descripition
Our laser chuck is pneumatic type and is mainly used in laser pipe cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and welding machine. It can support different shapes of pipes, such as round pipe, square pipe, rectangular pipe, L-shape pipe and H-shape pipe. It improves the cutting accuracy, rotation accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy, compared with traditional chuck. The application of laser chuck makes laser cutting more efficient and quickly.
This model G600J-225 is a simple structure pneumatic chuck with Φ225mm through-hole and it is full stroke. It is mainly used in laser cutting machine, plasma cutting machine and welding machine. It can bear max. 240KG pipes and max. 450KG for both main chuck and rear chuck. It can hold max. size Φ220mm round pipe and 159x159mm sqaure pipe.
The product uses the cylinder direct output, the mechanical efficiency is high, the energy loss is small, the output clamping force is big, the clamping force is stable. Because the cylinder is used to clamp the workpiece directly, the working stroke of the cylinder is the working stroke of the chuck, and the clamping range is wide. The cylinder direct output is adopted, the out put force and the air pressure are linear proportion, and software control can be easily achieved.
