Application of Machine
This machine with an automatic packing system to pack, such as candy, chocolate, jelly,
pasta, melon seeds, roasted seeds, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, nuts, coffee bean, chips ,raisins,
etc.
System Construction
1. Infeed bucket conveyor:
Raise material to multihead weigher which controls the start and stop of the hoister.
2. 10 heads multi weigher:
Used for quantitative weighing.
3. Working platform:
Support the 10 heads multi weigher.
4. Vertical packing machine:
Pack the material with high speed, and data printed, sealing-off and bag cut are completed automatically.
5. Take off conveyor:
Convey the finished bag to next step.
6. Rotary table:
For finished bag collecting.
