Service Terms:

Our mission is provide high quality products and comprehensive service to our customers.We are dedicated to

providing customers with perfect and efficient service.

1. Training service:

We will train your engineer to install our machines and how to fix some small problems.You can send your

engineer to our factory or we can dispatch our engineer to your company.

2. Trouble shooting service:

Sometimes if you can not fix the problem by yourselves,we will send our engineer to help you if you need.By the

way,you need to afford the round trip and accommodation fee.

3.Spare part replacement:

Our warranty time is 18 months.In this period,if your spare part is broken,we will send you the part for free.

4.The documents that will be supplied:

1) Invoice

2) Packing List

3) Bill of Lading

4) Other files that buyer wanted.
