Q1: Are these new cells?
Yes 100%, factory direct.
Q2: Do you test capacity, voltage and internal resistance before shipping?
All batteries are strictly tested before shipment. Voltage difference within 10mV, capacity difference within 2%. Internal resistance as low as possible. High internal resistance batteries are not allowed to be sent out.
Q3: What is your replacement policy if the cells arrive damaged?
First we have three staffs to check the package. All cells are wrapped with thick foam all around and then use the 5-layer hardest cartons to avoid any damage during shipping. We also have UN cartons and polywood cases. These are 100% safe for the batteries. In case any damage during transportation, 100% new replacement in one business day.
Q4: BusBars and screws are included and for free?
Yes, we ship the battery with the BusBar connector and screws, for free if you follow us.
Q5: Why can't I see any update tracking information after waiting for weeks?
This is normal, please be patient. The tracking number won't be updated till the package has arrived at your country. When they are on the train, no tracking. Be relax.
