Q2: Do you test capacity, voltage and internal resistance before shipping?
All batteries are strictly tested before shipment. Voltage difference within 10mV, capacity difference within 2%. High internal resistance batteries are not allowed to be sent out.
Q3: What is your replacement policy if the cells arrive damaged?
We use comprehensive packaging protection including thick foam and 5-layer cartons. In case of any damage during transportation, we provide 100% new replacement within one business day.
Q4: Are BusBars and screws included and free?
Yes, we ship batteries with BusBar connectors and screws free of charge.
Q5: Why can't I see any update tracking information after waiting for weeks?
This is normal. Tracking numbers typically won't update until the package arrives in your country. Please be patient during transit.
