718H steel is a pre-hardened mirror acid-resistant plastic mold steel. The steel is pre-hardened, the material is uniform, the cleanliness is high, and the polishing performance and photolithography performance are excellent. It also has high hardenability, good electromachinability and graining performance. The die hole can also be made of unquenched pre-hardened steel, the flange can be flame quenched, and the hardness can be increased to 52HRC.
