- Spur gear efficiency reduces operator effort with double pawl and double guide rollers
- Alloy steel grade 80 load chain according to ISO 3077 standard
- Deformation indicators measure throat opening changes to detect abuse or overload
- Wide throat top and bottom drop forged hooks designed to bend slowly as overload warning
- Each unit operationally tested to 150% of rated capacity with individual test certificate
- Safety factor: 4 times the rated capacity for maximum operational security
