The T aluminium turnback ferrule system represents the original standard in mechanical wire rope splicing. This proven solution offers quick, safe, and reliable performance that has demonstrated superior efficiency compared to other swaging methods available.

As the pioneering mechanical splicing system, the T-ferrule established the foundation for European standards and now complies with EN 13411-3 for turnback ferrule or ferrule secured eye termination.
Technical Specifications
Manufactured from seamless extrusions using aluminium alloy AW-5051A according to EN 573-3. The T-ferrule supports wire ropes with maximum tensile grades up to 1960 N/mm², while the TS (shorter version) accommodates tensile grades up to 1770 N/mm². For applications exceeding 2160 N/mm², T-LOC must be used in conjunction with the T-ferrule.
