EN 13411-3 Soft Eye Steel Core Swaged Wire Rope Sling
This 30mm swaged wire rope sling features a steel core with soft eye construction, compatible with Flemish Eye Sleeve or Aluminium Ferrule and Thimble configurations. Available in standard eye and thimble eye variations for diverse industrial applications.
Product Construction & Features
Our swaged wire rope slings with steel core are manufactured using 6×19, 6×37 or 8×61 construction with Extra Improved Plow Steel (EIPS) wire rope and Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC) for maximum strength and durability.
Soft Eye Design Benefits
Soft eye wire ropes can be hand spliced or mechanically pressed and secured with a ferrule, creating a natural loop for versatile applications. This design offers cost-effectiveness compared to hard-eye configurations while maintaining reliable performance.
