JSB Series Bolt-Type Dee Shackles 1-1/8" Size with 9.5 Ton WLL - RR-C-271D Compliant Safety Shackles
Our JSB series bolt-type Dee shackles are engineered for maximum security in demanding rigging applications. These standard D-shaped shackles feature a safety bolt with nut and cotter pin system for double safety protection against accidental unscrewing.
- Quenched and tempered construction with high-quality carbon steel bows and alloy steel pins
- Hot-dip galvanized bows with yellow-painted pins (customizable upon request)
- Double safety system prevents accidental pin unscrewing during rotation or torque
- Ideal for semi-permanent installations and applications with potential pin rotation
- Complies with ASME B30.26-2004 and RR-C-271D standards
- Proof Load: 2x Working Load Limit | Minimum Breaking Load: 6x Working Load Limit

Dee shackles are specifically designed for in-line tension applications. The center line of the load should always align with the center line of the shackle during use. Avoid side loading as it can twist or bend the shackle bow. Suitable for both one-leg and multi-leg rigging systems.
