ISO3077 Grade 80 Self Locking Adjustable Crane Lifting Chain Sling - 6mm to 32mm Diameter, 1.12 to 31.5 Ton Capacity
Our Grade 80 chain slings are engineered for diverse lifting applications, available in single, double, and multi-leg configurations with up to 4 legs. We also offer Endless Chain Slings in Grade 80 for specialized requirements.
Single-leg chain slings feature a large Master Link at the top with a shortening Clevis Grab Hook for leg length adjustment, connected via a Chain Connector, and a Clevis Self-Locking Hook at the bottom. These lifting chains support configurations of up to four individual chains per sling, providing multiple attachment points for enhanced control and stability during operations.
All Grade 80 chains and components are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel and comply with ISO1835, ISO3077, and EN818-2 standards. Designed for high strength, durability, versatility, and reduced weight, these chains are ideal for overhead lifting and heavy-duty applications. All chain slings undergo proof testing to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL), with distinctive markings for traceability and quality assurance.
