4. Product introduction and application

The matrix bands are made of medical grade stainless steel, through stamping and punching process, used as accessories like a wall in dental filling surgery, to resist the pressure of filling materials, and circle the specific scope of surgery. One-sided hole filling surgery no need to use matrix bands, but for the composite hole surgery,suitable matrix bands are necessary. When used, the edge of the matrix band is facing and covering the marginal gingiva of the cavity. Wooden wedge or gutta percha tip should be inserted between the mateix band and the adjacent tooth to make the matrix bands closer to the marginal gingiva.

The advantage of the rolling type matrix band is that length can be selected according to the needs when used.
