The dosing device is a complete set of equipment with the functions of dosing, mixing and dissolving, mixing and diluting, storing chemical solution, conveying fluid, automatic monitoring and control. It is widely used in various dosing systems and waste water treatment systems in the fields of power plant raw water, boiler feed water, oil field ground dehydration treatment, petrochemical industry and so on.

Main Features

As a functional unit for dilution and mixing of powder dissolving agent, the upper dissolving stirring tank is connected to the lower storage tank through a ball valve or an electric valve. It can effectively control the uniformity of solution concentration,prevent impurities and waste residues from being brought into the dosing system, and ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the system.

Usage method

The user configures the medicament according to the proportion of the feeding solution and feeds it through the metering pump
1. Connect the dosing device, and then check and tighten each flange interface to avoid fluid leakage.
2. Connect the power supply of the metering pump:
(1) Open the junction box of the electric control cabinet, and connect the three-phase four wire power line that meets the
requirements of the metering pump motor to the corresponding terminal.
(2) Start the mixer instantaneously by controlling the operation switch, observe the rotation of the motor, and fix the junction box if the rotation is correct. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, adjust the phase sequence and then fix the junction box.
3. Close the blow down valve. Fill the liquid medicine container with liquid medicine.
4. Open the valve of dosing system and start the metering pump.
