This type of equipment is mainly used for sludge dewatering. After dewatering, the water content of sludge can be reduced to 75% -85%. The stackable screw type sludge dewatering machine integrates the full-automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering body and liquid collecting tank. It can realize high-efficiency flocculation under the condition of full-automatic operation, and continuously complete sludge thickening and pressing dehydration. Finally, the collected filtrate will be returned or discharged.

Working Principle

During the operation of the equipment, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and moves to the discharge port by being pushed by the spiral blades. As the pitch of the spiral shaft blades gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and begins to dehydrate under the pressure. Water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the traveling ring.At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the traveling ring to clean the filter gap, which is not easy to be blocked, After dehydration, the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the screw shaft.
