The traveling type mud pump is mainly used in the sewage treatment plant. Working principle
 

The equipment is supported by a four point walking beam across the horizontal sedimentation tank, which is driven bilaterally. Rails are laid on both sides of the tank. When running from one section of the tank to the other end of the tank, the equipment absorbs mud while walking, bumps into the stroke control, turns back to walk, and returns to absorb mud, completing a work cycle.
