It is mainly composed of helicoid, bearing, material trough, inlet and outlet, driving device, etc. The rigid spiral body is supported on the material trough through the bearings at the head, tail and middle parts to form a rotating component that can realize material transportation. The spiral body operates through a drive device installed at the head, and the material inlet and outlet are respectively arranged on the upper side of the tail of the material trough and the lower side of the head.
Installation precautions
1. The center line of the material trough and the spiral shaft shall be kept in good coaxiality.
2. The joints between the sections of the chute shall be tight without dislocation. Gaskets can be added between sections and between the head cover and the chute to ensure the sealing of the chute. At the same time, the length error of the chute can be adjusted.
3. The clearance between the inner wall of the material trough and the spiral body shall be equal.
4. Drive device shaft and spiral shaft shall be kept in good coaxiality. The height of the drive can be adjusted with the help of shims.
5. After installation, the spiral body shall be subject to static balance test.
6. The intermediate suspension bearing shall reliably and properly support the connecting shaft to avoid radial deformation of the spiral shaft. The installation can be achieved by adjusting the shims between bearing pads.
7. After the installation of the whole machine, check whether there are sundries in the machine and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient at each lubricating place.
8. During no-load test run, the bearing shall not leak oil, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 20 ℃. During load test run, the temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.
