The stacked screw type sludge dehydrator skillfully uses the multiple ring piece automatic cleaning and filtering technology to replace the traditional filter screen filtering. The self cleaning and filtering technology ensures the continuous and stable sludge water separation effect of the dehydrator. The squeeze dewatering of sludge is realized through the strong squeeze pressure generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, and the small gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring.
