Working principle
When the screw conveyor is working, the motor drives the rotating spiral blades to move the materials and transport them. The spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor have solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different materials transported. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the screw conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor housing to the material.
Application
It is widely used in grain, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, mining, electric power and other departments, mainly for conveying small granular, powdery and small pieces of materials. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, have high viscosity and caking, and have high water content.
