The three compartment integrated PAM dosing device is composed of water supply system, dry powder dosing system, dissolution curing system, control system and liquid dosing system.
The three compartment automatic dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic and continuous flocculant dissolving and dosing device. The concentration of the prepared solution is generally 0.1% - 0.5%.
Working principle
The dosing system is automatically controlled by PLC, and the control box is connected to the liquid level gauge installed on the solution storage tank. Once the liquid level reaches the "low level", the solenoid water inlet valve is triggered to open, and the dry speculation is started at the same time. The size and amount of dry dosage can be accurately set to obtain accurate concentration. Once the "high bit" is reached, the cycle stops.
The whole preparation process of the dosing equipment is controlled by PLC, which can realize the functions of automatic intermittent, continuous operation and stop cross mixing, so as to make the solution blend evenly. When the dry powder level in the hopper reaches the low level, the electric control box can send out audible and visual alarm signals and stop the whole machine.

Operating Steps
Note: different plc control systems may have some differences in operation. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions. This is mainly for the three tank integrated dosing device.
1. Connect the power supply, pipeline and water source, and do a good job of basic security.
2. Switch the change-over switch of metering pump of dosing pump, inlet solenoid valve, dissolution tank mixer, and connecting valve between raw liquid tank and dissolution tank to the "remote" position. Adjust the stroke speed of the metering pump on site.
3. Move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one by hand to see whether the signal can be sent normally, and then check whether the level alarm in the hopper can work normally.
4. Return to the central control, click to enter the "dosing system" screen, and manually adjust the output frequency of the metering pump.
5. Open the water inlet valve and press the start button of the feeding motor to start feeding. Stop feeding after one minute of operation.
6. Observe the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level gauge reaches the required height for dilution of raw solution, close the inlet solenoid valve and the mixer. Click the icon of the outlet valve of the dissolution tank to open the outlet valve, and click the icon of the metering pump to open the metering pump. Pay attention to the liquid level gauge and flowmeter. When the liquid level is too low, turn off the metering pump in sequence and close the liquid outlet valve.
7. Weigh the polymer in the container and make records.
8. Stop the feeder.
