The fully automatic dosing device mainly consists of solution tank, metering pump, filter, solenoid valve, check valve, water level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, installation platform and other integrated water treatment equipment.
The user only needs to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipeline, connect the power supply, and then start and put it into operation. It can automatically detect the pH of the fluid, intelligently judge and add the corresponding liquid medicine.

Working Principle

The dosing system measures and adds chemicals to the system through the mechanical pulse action of the metering pump and the stroke adjustment principle.
Automatic dosing is generally realized through two control modes
Time control mode: the microcomputer time control switch is used to control the timing opening and closing of the metering pump and the blowdown valve, so as to realize the timing of dosing and blowdown.
Indication control mode: control the real-time opening and closing of metering pump and blowdown valve with the change of water quality index, so as to realize automatic dosing and automatic blowdown.
