The 70m³/h 304 Stainless Steel Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Machine is a high-efficiency system designed for removing suspended solids (SS), reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, and other pollutants from industrial sewage. Working Principle:
Coagulant and flocculant are dosed into the influent water. After sufficient flocculation time, the pretreated water enters the contact zone, where it mixes with micron-sized air bubbles from the dissolved air water. These bubbles attach to the flocs, forming a bubble-floc aggregate that rapidly rises to the surface in the separation zone. The buoyant force of the bubbles separates the suspended solids, forming a floating sludge layer. A skimmer continuously removes the sludge, while clarified water is collected from the bottom via a perforated collection pipe. A portion of this clean water is recycled to the dissolved air system, and the rest is discharged as treated effluent.
