Introduction
Currently, small-scale and decentralized sewage treatment technologies primarily include constructed wetlands, artificial floating islands, non-powered domestic sewage treatment systems, MBR (membrane bioreactor), biological contact oxidation, aerobic moving bed reactors, anaerobic trickling filters, and others. These technologies typically employ brick-concrete structures, reinforced concrete structures, or steel plate tanks—each with its own advantages and limitations based on design and process characteristics. However, they share several common drawbacks, including susceptibility to corrosion, risk of leakage, tendency for clogging, high construction costs, long installation periods, significant operational and management expenses, and inconsistent effluent quality.
Energy Efficiency
Our system incorporates a highly efficient blower that is compact, delivers high wind pressure, operates without vibration, and produces noise levels below 45 decibels. It offers reliable performance while reducing energy consumption by half compared to submersible aerators with equivalent aeration capacity.
In addition, specialized bio-media are used to enable simultaneous removal of nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic matter within micro-units. This innovation increases the volumetric loading capacity of the equipment by more than 1.5 times.

【Zero Corrosion】
The equipment cabinet adopts imported special-grade anti-corrosion resin material, combined with the most advanced tank winding technology of American Venus, the FRP cabinet produced is strong in structure, excellent in corrosion resistance, and has a service life of more than 50 years. All parts inside the box are made of high-strength non-metallic materials, which will never corrode.
【Zero Leakage】
The waste water tank adopts a cylindrical shell, and the simple wall adopts ring winding and interleaving winding. It is formed at one time, and has extremely high compressive strength, good airtightness, and no leakage.
【Modular】
The sewage lifting system, treatment system, oxygen supply system, and control system are highly integrated. Modular production in the factory and modular installation on site simplify the construction of sewage treatment plants, shorten the construction period, and increase work efficiency by more than 3 times compared with conventional ones.
Low equipment cost: The factory has large-scale production, fast speed, short production period, and large-scale production.
Low installation cost: Modular installation on site, no need to make any reinforced concrete pool, only need to dig the foundation pit, install the equipment, and backfill the four steps, which simplifies the process, shortens the construction period, and saves costs.
Low operating cost: Innovative process design, coupled with the use of special biological fillers, enable the entire sewage treatment system to operate efficiently and reduce the cost of sewage treatment per ton to less than 0.3 yuan.
Low management cost: The remote monitoring system adopts GPRS mode, which automatically protects and switches standby equipment in case of failure, realizes multi-point online monitoring, minimizes the number of inspections by equipment managers, and reduces management costs.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
