Equipment installation
Before installation, check whether the civil foundation is constructed according to the design requirements.
The equipment shall be placed in place according to the design drawings, the outrigger sizing block shall be adjusted, and the levelness and verticality of the inlet and outlet flanges shall be checked.
Weld and fix the equipment and the embedded iron plate of the foundation, and verify the levelness and verticality of the inlet and outlet flanges again after fixing.
The piping of the equipment body shall be assembled according to the design drawing after being divided according to the number.The inner wall of each section of pipeline shall be cleaned with a clean cloth before assembly. After assembly, the piping axis shall be kept horizontal and vertical, and the valve orientation shall be reasonable (the handle of the manual valve shall face forward, and the starting head of the pneumatic valve shall face upward).
Check whether the body valve can be opened and closed flexibly, and rectify in time if there is a jam.
After the piping of the equipment body is completed, necessary support work shall be carried out for the valve group.
Install inlet and outlet water pressure gauges, sampling valves, etc. equipped on the equipment; If there is a flow probe seat on the water inlet and outlet pipe, it shall be blocked with a plug.
