The screw type sludge dehydrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to realize the extrusion dehydration of sludge through the strong extrusion pressure generated by the change of screw diameter and pitch, as well as the small gap between the swimming ring and the fixed ring.
Construction principle:
The main body of the screw type sludge dehydrator is a filtering device formed by multiple fixed rings and floating rings, through which the screw shaft penetrates. The front section is the thickening section, and the rear section is the dewatering section,which completes the sludge thickening and pressing dehydration in one barrel, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method with a unique and delicate filter body mode.
Dehydration principle:
After gravity thickening in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. In the process of moving forward, with the gradual reduction of the filter slot and pitch, and the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, great pressure is generated, and the volume continues to shrink, so as to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
