The dissolved air flotation machine uses clean water or partially treated return water to absorb and mix the air through the microbubble generator to form dissolved air water, which is released by decompression in the air flotation tank, and the dissolved air in the water is reduced by 20-30% μ M bubbles form and precipitate, which has a high surface area and adsorption capacity, and can better remove the suspended solids of sewage with different concentrations. After treatment, part of the clean water (the design index is 20-40%, which can usually be used 30%) is mixed with air in the pressurized water dissolving tank through the air flotation circulating pump, and the air is dissolved in the water. At this time, the gas dissolving efficiency reaches more than 80%. The air dissolved in water is released from the water to form a particle size of 20-50 μ M, which combines with the suspended solids in the sewage to reduce the proportion of the suspended solids in the sewage until they float on the surface of the water body; A large amount of scum is formed, and then the scum is removed by the chain scraper installed on the air flotation tank to achieve the treatment effect.
Operation and commissioning
1. Add water: make the water level of the air flotation machine reach about 20-50mm from the upper edge of the sludge tank diaphragm. The water level of the air flotation tank can be adjusted by the water collector.
2. Operation of the gas dissolving system: close all control valves, turn the electrical knob switch to the automatic position,start the water pump, at this time, the air compressor also enters the automatic working state, and then open the water inlet valve, water outlet valve and control valve of the hoist pump in sequence, and the pressure on the pressure gauge gradually rises,generally reaching 0.4-0 MPa. At this time, open the water outlet control valve of the air dissolving tank to make the air dissolving water pass through the releaser and be discharged into the air flotation tank. A large number of micro bubbles appear in the air flotation tank, making the clear water turn milky white. The air dissolving system is normal. The higher the air dissolving pressure is, the higher the density of the air dissolving bubbles is. The gas of the gas dissolving system is supplied by the air compressor. As the dissolved air water continuously takes away the air in the tank, the air in the tank gradually decreases and the water level rises. When the water level rises to a certain position, the floating ball level gauge will control the operation of the air compressor so that there is enough air in the tank.
3. Air flotation operation: after the dissolved air system operates normally, the sewage after dosing reaction is sent to the air flotation mixing tank. The flow rate shall be reduced first, and then gradually increase the rated value after it is normal.
4. Dissolved air water: tap water is used as the return water for dissolved air water. After it is normal, the treated clean water is used as the return water. If the amount of detergent in the waste water is large and there are many foam, which will affect the flotation effect, clean water can be used all the time.
5. After the scum accumulates to a certain thickness, start the foam scraper.
6. When the equipment is shut down, first close the sewage control valve, then close the sewage pump, scrape the foam, stop the foam scraper, then open the clean water valve, feed tap water and run for 30 minutes, close the dissolved air outlet and inlet water control valve, and finally stop the water pump.
