Description:
GB/T 554 type B double bitt bollard with insert base ship towing equipment is constructed under China’s national standard. The wide base is inserted underneath of the deck. It is constructed with steel pipes and steel plate with high tensile strength. To protect the ropes, all the weld is ground smoothly and all free edges are power tooled with R3 radius.
Main Technical Specification:
- Technic Standard: GB554-2008;
- SWL Range: 49KN- 451KN.
- Materials: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, also can supply special steel for icebreaker.
- Nominal Diameters:160 to 500mm;
- Surface treatment: sandblasting to S2.5 + one layer of epoxy shop primer, Mirror or Satin Polished, Polished, Galvanized, customized surface treatment available.
- Classification Certificates:CCS, NK, BV, ABS, DNV-GL, LR, KR, IRS, RS, Etc.
