Structure and Working Principle of Sludge and Manure Dryer

1.Structure

The drying equipment mainly consists of feed part, dryer part, dust removal part, combustion part and discharge part.

2.Working Principle

The material on the spot is sent to the screw feed port of quantitative conveying by belt conveyor to enter the dryer. There are lifting plates in the dryer cylinder, and there is a mixing and dispersing system in the middle. The rotating speed of the

cylinder and the rotating speed of the mixing shaft can be adjusted quickly and slowly. Thus, the material particles are uniform and the heat absorption is fast. The dried materials are transported to the material yard by belt conveyors, and the burning part is converted from coal to gas through a gas generator for combustion, which further improves the utilization rate of fuel and reduces the pollution caused by a large number of sulfides and dust caused by the direct combustion of coal. The flue gas in the drying process is absorbed into the pool by the cyclone dust collector.

3. Drying Effect

The moisture content of chicken manure about 75% was reduced to about 20% after treatment in the dryer, which can be stored at room temperature. Salmonella was not detected in dried samples. The total number of bacteria was less than 100 in per gram sample and the colibacillus was less than 30 in per 100g sample
