Technology introduction

1) Kernel classification sieve: classify and sieve palm kernels to prepare for kernel

and nuts separation.

2) Palm kernel cracking separating plant : It is used to crack palm nut and separate

palm kernel and shell

3) Palm kernel press processing line:

a) Cracking: To crush palm kernel into 4-6

pieces ,It is easy for oil come out

b) Cooking: First cook the palm kernels with roller

cooker, in order to adjust temperature and

moisture, and better for oil output rate, making the kernels more soft and easy

to get crude oil out,

c) Pressing: Using special-designed palm kernel oil expeller to press oil out, the

screw is wear-resisting, and the oil yield rate is higher.

d) Filtration: After pressing, using filter system to remove impurities in the

crude oil, and make the crude oil more clear and pure.
