Portable Milling Machine

Portable milling machines use milling methods to process the surface of workpieces, including planar machining, drilling, etc. The milling machines produced by our company mainly consist of single rail milling machine, double rail milling machine, and gantry milling machine.
Application of portable milling machines:
1. Milling of flat, stepped, and square flange surfaces, as well as keyway and drilling processing.
2. The processing and repair of gaskets and bases for heat exchangers, pumps, motors, and lifting equipment are also used for various sliding track systems.

2. Heavy duty guide rail with high precision ensures tool accuracy and flatness of the machining surface.
3. Wide processing range, with a maximum processing time of 3 meters for one positioning.
4. High machining accuracy, with a surface roughness of up to RA3.2.
5. Both X and Y directions are equipped with automatic tool feeders, which can feed in multiple gears and have automatic fast feed and retreat functions, The X and Y axes can achieve manual feed for easy positioning and tool alignment, while the Z axis can be manually fed.
6. The power system can choose hydraulic system and servo motor as power sources, with strong cutting power and high overall stability.
