PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hydraulic cold riveting machine for autotruck frames is the most simple and practical riveting equipment in recent years due to its flexible and convenient use.

It is generally applied in heavy truck, bus, car, motorcycle, train, agricultural vehicle, mine-vehicle, aeroplane, bridge structure etc.

MACHINE STRUCTURE

1. Rivet clamp
Rivet body and hydraulic cylinder are connected by a fixing nut. At the bottom of the cylinder is a detachable handle. One rivet head is mounted in the face of plunger end of hydraulic cylinder, and performs reciprocating motion together with the plunger. The other rivet head is fixed in the other end face of the rivet body.
2. Hydraulic control system
Hydraulic control system (pump station) is placed at one side of the rivet. The whole system is driven by a motor to input pressure oil from the high pressure oil pump to hydraulic cylinder through overflow valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, pressure gauge, high pressure oil pipe, etc., to realize reciprocating motion of the plunger.
The machine is controlled by inching, semi-automatic or automatic.
