PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hydraulic hose crimping machine is suitable for the crimping processing of high pressure hose, fiber tube and plastic tube assembly for hydraulic transmission of industrial, agricultural and engineering machinery. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, multiple functions, fast mold open, easy operation, and good maintenance.
Our SF-80T hydraulic crimper includes SF-80T-A (without stripping) and SF-80T-B (with stripping). There are also two ways of operation for choice: peddal and button. Large bore hose crimping machine (6-185mm) is also available.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Oil pump outputs the hydraulic oil under the drive of motor and pushes plunger in the crimping cylinder to move forward. In this way, two inner cone sleeves on the plunger and the front cylinder cover push the die base with symmetrical cone surfaces to shrink radially and realize the crimping of molds to hose. When the shrinkage reaches setting value of scale, crimping automatically stops. After the electromagnetic directional valve is commutated, hydraulic oil enters into two mold-opening cylinders to push the plunger to reversely move, and the mold base recovers the module under the action of the spring.
