Hengyang Industry Rotary Kiln Incineration System

Hengyang Industry provides turnkey custom designed Rotary Kiln Incineration (RKI) systems to reduce hazardous and non-hazardous wastes to sterile ash. The systems meet or exceed all applicable emission standards through use of high-energy venturi scrubbers, spray dryers/absorbers, fabric filters, and packed column absorbers. Wet electrostatic precipitators and dry injection equipment, as well as heat recovery systems are also available.

The Hengyang Industry RKI systems combine rotary kiln incineration with state-of-the-art process controls to limit the man-machine interface and to obtain maximum safety, and on-line availability. The smaller systems can be trailer mounted for truly mobile hazardous waste site cleanup. The permanent systems include waste conditioning, automatic feeding, pollution control and heat recovery.

Hengyang Industry most recent RKI systems consist of a 12’I.D. by 40’ long RKI system for a major USA pharmaceutical company and a 9’ I.D. by 24’ long airport waste incinerator, complete with waste heat recovery boiler and air pollution control for the Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) in China.
