Dry magnetic separator is a magnetic mineral separation machine for sorting dry magnetic minerals. It is mainly used to separate large, coarse-grained strong magnetic ores and fine-grained weak magnetic ores in the air. The requirement for the material is that the particles can move freely and form an independent free state, otherwise the magnetic separation effect will be affected, and even the separation cannot be performed.

Working Principle
After the strong magnetic minerals are pre-discharged from the ore feeding cylinder, the ore is evenly discharged onto the ore feeding belt, and then transported by the belt to the magnetic field gap under the disc. On the tines, as the disc rotates, it is brought to both sides of the belt, where the magnetic field strength drops sharply, so under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the material falls into the grooves of the magnetic products on both sides. Both sides of the belt (usually concentrated); non-magnetic product is conveyed by the belt to the tailings end, and discharged into the non-magnetic product tank (usually tailings).
