TLGP plate type high gradient magnetic separator is mainly applicable in separating weak magnetic ore which size is lower than 5mm and removing iron of non-magnetic ore, such as mica power, quartz, feldspar, nepline,, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaoline, manganese, weak magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite, hematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, wolframite, columbite-tantalite, red mud, etc. Also can be used for removing iron for coal, non-magnetic ore and building material.

TLGP plate type high gradient magnetic separator consists of frame, plate type magnetic system, feed mixing system, water system, iron unloading system and regulatory system. When in working, the material flow and unloading system is in a reverse counterflow. According to physical structure principle, the non-magnetic material flows to discharging port so as to achieve complete unloading purpose by washing. The magnetic material is attracted by strong magnet for long distance, wide area and multiply-frequency, and be taken to tapping hole in reverse running by unloading system, then to achieve complete unloading purpose by washing.
