Working Principle of GTs-40E/s tundish liner spraying machine:

The dry pre-mixed slurry masse is charged from big bags into the material hopper. Thecombination of a fluidization unit with a vibrator assures a steady flow of the dry material andprovides a safe charging of the continuous mixer. in the continuous mixer, the dry material iscontinuously mixed with an adjustable quantity of water to a high quality spray slurry withconstant consistency and quality.The ready mixed wet material flows from the continuous mixer into the wet mortar hopper of thescrew pump. The screw pump has a funnel shaped wet mortar hopper with a concentric pumpdrive. A vibrator together with the conveying shaft in the wet mortar refractory hopper isguaranteeing a trouble free steady flow of the slurry masses to the suction opening of thevertically aranged screw pump.
The screw pump is conveying the refractory material through pressure resistant hoses to thespray gun ready for further processing. The gunning material is applied manually or fullyautomatically and without any loss by a spray manipulator in constant layers at the inside walls ofthe Tundish. The spraying is controlled by the spray nozzle.
