Product Overview
The plough knife mixer is an efficient powder mixing equipment featuring a plough knife type mixer inside its cylinder. During operation, high-speed rotating plough knives create a fluidized material state while axial blades ensure circumferential movement along the cylinder wall. Combined with fly knife groups for shearing and dispersion, it achieves uniform mixing of various powders and granular materials quickly.
Working Principle
The plough mixer operates through multi-dimensional mechanical movements. Plough blades rotate at 60-100 RPM to create fluidized material ejection while axial blades ensure circumferential circulation. Scrapers guide vertical material flow, and flying blades (2000-3000 RPM) shear agglomerates, achieving over 99% mixing precision through turbulent diffusion and convection.
Structural Features
Designed with a U-shaped or trough-shaped stainless steel cylinder featuring polished inner walls to reduce adhesion. Includes top flange feeding, bottom butterfly valve discharging, and features multiple wear-resistant plough blades. The system incorporates adjustable flying blades, high-strength alloy steel main shaft, variable-frequency transmission, and advanced sealing systems with dust collection interfaces for clean production compliance.
