Horizontal Type Alumina Liner Ball Mills are designed for reliable performance and extended service life. Even existing mills with rubber linings can be upgraded with high-alumina brick liners for improved durability and efficiency.
Hengyang Industry utilizes premium quality, fine-grain 90% (or 96%) alumina brick featuring tongue and groove design. These bricks are securely installed and grouted using pure Portland cement or two-part epoxy systems. During relining operations, we recommend comprehensive inspection of bearings and drive components to ensure optimal performance.
